Each treatment includes a detailed Consultation and Aftercare Advice. 

This includes an intense Back, Shoulder, Neck, Head, Arm and Hand Massage. A full consultation will take place before your treatment so that Sharon can decide which areas need more attention and design the treatment to benefit your needs.

Sharon uses heat and practices muscle manipulation, nerve release pressure and Reflexology related meridian line points. This special form of massage is a wonderful way of relieving stress and its effects on the body. Tension floats away through relaxation of the muscles in the back, shoulders, neck and head.

Improved circulation to the brain helps to clear the mind. Clients report that the experience is deeply calming and relaxing. It is great for relieving all pain and tension in the Back and shoulders. It is individually designed for each person. You will leave quite spaced out and fully stretched but very calm and relaxed.
